When EE exit the truck he was pre-shifting, he struck his left elbow on the edge of door. He immediately felt pain and tingling in his arm from the elbow down to his hand. On 1/18/06, EE stated he was still feeling the numbness & tingling in ring/pinky finger. Went to Mesa Occ & Sport Medicing Clinic and was released to full duty.
