Employee was working on slope belt with co-worker. They were riding back outside to get a chain ratchet. Employee stated he was cutting a piece of tape to put on his boot laces when the trip hit a bump causing his arm to jerk. Resulted in a cut on his left inner thigh about 2 in. long and 1/2 in. wide.
