Employee was determined to have a Standard Threshold Shift in his right ear. Safety Administrator was notified by audiologist on 6/6/06. Employee was notified and counseled on 6/7/06. Employee will be retrained in hearing conservation, and additional noise monitoring will be conducted during employee's normal work shift.
