Narrative

EE pulled up 2 loops of miner cable and started cutting the face of #3 entry, which was 20'deep. Other EE's started pulling loops up so the cable could be hung across the crosscut. As EE was pulling cable, a rock under his feet rolled causing his leg to twist at knee. EE thought he was ok. Report filled out 3/30/06, started bothering EE. LTA on 6/7/06, needs surgery.
