Narrative

A rounded sheet of metal was measured for a dozer blade. It was chained to some forks. When it was being lowered to the ground when it was about 18"" from the ground it dropped. Because its rounded nature, rather than lay flat on the ground when dropped it rolled over and struch EE on the foot injuring him.
