## Narrative

Tech was removing kinks from an air-hose and tripped over the hose. Left arm and knees hurt, NO FRACTURES. Tech released to return to work, no prescription medications, ""light"" lifting restriction one week. Note: Accident not reported on time due to Safety Manager not realizing restricted duty, alone, is cause to report. 7000-1 Help Desk instructed me in proper reporting.
