Employee reported injury after using a 36"" , 3/4 drive ratchet. The ratchet broke cleanly off. He was in the process of installing a counterweight on the cone crusher. It is unknown if this caused the injury, but it was the first time the employee reported it to the company. This injury requires surgery.
