## Narrative

EE stated that he broke loose the main 4"" water line at E2 head & removed on section. He stated that as he pulled the waterline out of the way, he felt a pop in his rt shoulder. He then helped remove add'l 4"" waterline from a scoop & place it along E2 belt. He stated that as he was pulling a section of this waterline that he felt another pop in rt shoulder & pain rt shoulder blade.
