Narrative

Employee was reaching for some vent tube straps on the left side of the Fletcher roof bolter. He placed his right hand on the left boom retraction point; the bolter operator was retracting the boom and the employee's hand was caught between the retraction point and the frame of the bolter. All x-rays were negative but the employee was placed on restricted duty on 6/8/06.
