EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING ROOF BOLTS WHEN HIS DRILL STEEL BENT. THE STEEL BENT AND SPRUNG BACK UNDER PRESSURE STRIKING EMPLOYEE'S HAND CAUSING A FRACTURE TO HIS KNUCKLE.
