The miner was using a 6' pry bar to apply pressure to a part. The bar slipped & the miner fell to a sitting position. There was a 2"" vent cap sticking up. The cap struck the miner on the tail bone. On 06/19/2006 the miner told a supervisor he felt he should see a doctor. We imediately conveyed him to see a doctor.
