HE REFUSED TO GO TO URGENT CARE  TWICE-  INSISTING ON SEEING HIS CHIROPRACTOR-  WENT TO URGENT CARE ON 6/27/06 ON LIGHT DUTY FOR 5 WORKING DAYS TO BE REEVALULATED ON 7/7/06 FOR LOW BACK SPASM.
