Narrative

Report of Injury not received until 6/28/06. Employee was pouring Drano in clogged sink in lunch room. There was about 3 gallons of standing water in sink. Waited 5-10 minutes & then used plunger to try and free clog. Liquid in sink splashed him in face & eyes. Flushed eyes for approx. 30 minutes. Medcor transported employee to hospital.
