## Narrative

While changing a stationary roller employee was prying on the roller with a pry bar when the roller broke loose causing the roller to fall and hit the end of the pry bar. The pry bar flipped upward striking the employee on the left side of the chin. Employee sustained a fractured jaw and 10 sutures.
