## Narrative

(MT) : Unit #3 - Employee was working in the battery charging station, putting batteries on charge. Employee was prying the lid on battery. Slipped, falling on the metal corner of battery. Injury resulted in a laceration to the right side of face around the jaw bone approximately 1/2"" long and 1/2"" deep. NO LOST TIME. MEDICAL TREATMENT ONLY.
