Narrative

EE was going to the main level of Plant 3 to turn on the 2"" gate valve. On the way up he saw co-worker, picked up a sand clog and threw it at him hitting him in the left side of the face. Co-worker picked up piece of rubber from a trash pile and threw it at the EE not knowing the object had steel in it. It caused a puncture on his right thigh requiring one stitch.
