Narrative

The employee was attempting to reposition a 2"" by 6"" piece of rectangualr tubing that was 20' long onto a jackstand. The tubing fell off the jackstand and pinned the employees left wrist between the stand and tubing causing a small fracture of the Ulna Styloid. Employee was returned to work on restricted duty.
