Narrative

The #2 coal mill system was being ""jogged"" in order to empty the mill of coal. The mill had gone down fully loaded at 4pm on 7/6/06. When jogging the mill an ignition occurred in the ductwork, mill, or cyclone causing the rupture disc to rupture.
