An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Galatia North Portal on the Flannigan travelway, crosscut #41, 5989', Entry #2. The fall was approx 35' long, approx 18' wide and approx 20' thick. The fall did not affect ventilation or passage of men. The fall will be cleaned up. Fall #23 H
