## Narrative

A roof fall was discovered by the fireboss while making his weekly examination.  It was located at the bottom of the #4 slope entry going from 14 seam to the 9 seam. It was in an intersection and measured approximately 35' x 18' x 10' high. The fall was located well outby any working sections.
