Injured and co-worker were picking up a centrifigal pump shaft in tight wroking space. He felt a pain in his groin, but continued to work. Injured worked until 7/7/06, when he began losing time for a left inguinal hernia. He continued to work on his normal job until that date. lost time began on 7/7/06.
