## Narrative

Employee was lowering canopy on roof bolter when the edge of the canopy hung up on edge of TRS.  Canopy fell, striking employee on head, causing neck and shoulder pain.  Employee continued to work until 7/13/06 when surgery was performed on his right shoulder and he began missing work.
