## Narrative

Employee was removing a cutting edge wear liner from loader bucket.  Employee was loosening nut with air-powered tool when bolt began to spin, employee used hand to push bolt up into the wear liner's bolt socket.  Weight of the tool pushed the bolt from the socket, thus allowing the bolt to spin freely.  The employee's hand was cut when bolt head spun.
