## Narrative

A Process Autoclave Operations employee was walking up the stairs at the mill crusher when he struck his hand against the metal handrail.  He was seen at NNRH and diagnosed with a bone chip in the left middle finger.  His hand was splinted and he was placed on restricted duty.
