## Narrative

Certified electrician was turning a rotor on a haul truck wheel motor to start profiling.  As he pulled down on the rotor he heard a ""pop"" sound in his right arm and immediately experienced pain in the area.  X-rays revealed he had ruptured the distal tendon in his right upper arm.
