## Narrative

Two employees were attempting to install a bearing on a tail pulley shaft. They attempted to ""drive"" the bearing on with a sleeve and a hammer. One employee was holding the sleeve while the other employee began driving the bearing on with a hammer. The employee swinging the hammer hit the other employee's finger, pinching it between the hammer and the sleeve.
