The injured stepped in a hole as he was putting supply cars in a switch and he felt pain in his left knee. He finished his shift. When he returned for his next shift he tried to work but he felt pain in his left knee and went to the hospital to be examined and didn't return to work. An MRI was peformed on 7/24 and it was determined that he had a ligament tear in his knee.
