## Narrative

On July 17, 2006, the employee reported that due to extreme pain in left knee he was going to seek medical attention. He has been experiencing pain in his knees for several years due to the accumulative trauma of bending, stooping and kneeling in various mines and mine heights. He has been mining 25 + years. He began missing work on July 20, 2006 due to this occupational illness.
