Narrative

Employee & partners were atemplting to reattach ball mill feed chute to feed cart. They were having to shake the feed chute to try to align with feed cart when feed chute broke loose from being hung up it pinched employees hand between feed chute and feed cart cauing a cut requiring 3 stitches.
