## Narrative

The employee drove his coal truck to the prep plant lab facility and went inside to sign in before his shift began. Inside he felt light-headed, dizzy with numbness in his right arm. Two EMTs were on-site and EMS was called immediately. Later diagnosis by a physician showed that the employee had a mini-stroke (TIA). This incident was determined as an liiness.
