A roof fall occurred at Spad 17365 in the No 4 Entry of the ""F"" Panel (#5 Section) drivage. Fall occurred in a 3 way intersection & was approx 50'L x 20'W x 7'H above the anchorage of the permanent support in this area. Timbers were set against permanent brattice to the south of the fall. Breaker rows of cribs were set on both ends of fall & walkway was established across the fall.
