## Narrative

EE was cleaning loose rock off the top of the continuous miner. When he pushed a rock into the conveyor, another rock slid down catching his thumb, cutting the tip of his thumb off. He has not missed any work, but he worked restricted duty to allow his thumb to heal. He is scheduled to go back to regular duties on 8/7/06.
