Narrative

The supervisor was using a pry bar to scale down loose top and when he pried a small rock a larger rock (18"" x 18"" x 18"" thick) dislodged and struck the right side of his right foot. The x-ray was negative, but the laceration to his foot needed sutures. A staph infection required an additional night stay at the hospital.
