Employee stated that he bent over at No 2 MRS to pull the No 1 MRS cable out of the way, when ee suddenly pressurized the No 2 MRS against the mine roof causing a piece of rock measuring 43"" x 30"" x 8"" thick to fall, striking him on the upper back.
