## Narrative

Electrician was installing heat tape to a new water pipe on the #5 coal mill. A sudden falling amount of lime grit came off the #5 cooler fan nearby at approx 8 AM and got behind his safety glasses. FB grit required medical attention later that morning and RX drops provided to complete healing. RTW full duty next shift.
