Fall found by airway walker. 1 brk. inby spad #6398 return airway. No injuries, no equip. involved, no vent. blocked, no escapeway. Will not be cleaned up. Dangered off & plotted on mine map. Fall app. 100' long, 18' wide, 0 to 7' thick. Pinned with 5' resin bolts & supplemented with 8' & 12' cable bolts. Mine idle, will be sealed.
