Narrative

Employee was carrying a 60"" bottom roller on his shoulder; he was setting the roller down on the ground to remove the bracket. He set the roller on his right foot and the bracket on the roller penetrated his mine boot and cut the 4th toe on his right foot. Sutures were required to close the laceration.
