While cleaning up a polymer spill, employee slipped on some of the spilled material and fell. Employee's statement on results of incident was ""no injury"". Employee continued work. An infection developed from a pre-existing condition and resulted in lost work days. On 8/3/06 company doctor stated that the fall could have contributed to employee's infection.
