Narrative

EE received 1st degree chemical burns to his back, face & right eye when he was splashed with process liquor. He was in the process of swapping pumps at the ""H"" tanks when liquor discharged through a drain valve, hit the ground & splashed the ee. He was transported to the ER. He was evaluated & sent the a burn center for treatment. EE was treated & released 7/30/06 to light duty.
