## Narrative

EE was loading AN from a tanker truck to the bins on his bulk truck. While in the process of moving the hose from one bin to another on top of his truck, he slipped on some spilled AN. This resulted in his falling and slicing his left shin about 6"" below his knee. He was taken to the hospital and recieved three stitches inside the cut and twelve stitches outside.
