An unintentional roof fall was discovered on 4 north mains, #5 entry brk. 38. Fall measured approx. 20 ft wide, 20 ft long, and 10 ft high. This fall will not be cleaned up. No equipment was involved. Ventilation was not impaired and there were no injuries.
