Narrative

The employee was using an electric pallet mover to move empty cement bags. The pallet mover became stuck and when he pushed on the handle, he felt a sharp pain in his groin area. He was sent to the doctor and was diagnosed with a hernia. Surgery was performed on 08/10/2006.
