A roof fall was discovered when a mine foreman went in to check on an area of the questionable roof in the 2N #3 Main return at XC # 12 in #1 Entry. The fall measures approximately 140' long, 18' wide amd 10' thick. The area was supported with 5' fully grouted resin bolts.
