## Narrative

While attempting to hang roll of belt, roll tipped out of scoop bucket & landed on employees left leg. Area had been scooped for heighth causing scoop to on an incline. Load was not secured in scoop bucket. Impact caused contusion & abrasion, Dr. has placed the EE on restricted duty for one week.
