## Narrative

The injured was carrying a step ladder as he got off the elevator in the prep. plant. The door did not fully open & the injured tripped over the door as he exited the elevator. He fell to the floor, tried to catch himself with his left arm to break his fall. The injured suffered a fracture of the left arm.
