Narrative

Empoyee was moving shuttle car tires. As he was attempting to move one of them, it started to roll away. When it started to roll toward the employee, the employee tried to get out of it's way and divert it at the same time. He experienced a burning sensation and felt a ""pop"" in the right groin area.
