EE was helping a scoop to cross the track rail he had placed some blocks to where the scoop tires would run up on the so the scoop could not cross the rail, The EE's was standing in the middle of the track rail so he could watch the tires as they cross while crossing the track the scoop caught the rail and pulled it to strike his left leg resulting in a bruise.
