## Narrative

The employee was walking down steps along side the shipping silos, when he hit some built-up material on one of the steps and turned his right ankle.  The employee thought his ankle would be okay, but as the day progressed, it swelled up considerably.  As a result, the employee started experiencing discomfort and asked to receive medical treatment.
