## Narrative

An ignition of methane occurred in the underground bin area during the demolition of the facility.  Methane which was liberating through the joint in the wall and floor ignited when cutting torch blew sparks and slag against the location. Flame duration was 5 to 7 seconds and was extinguished by smothering it out.  No injuries occurred.
