EE and other co-workers had installed a belt lay on the No. 2 unit. After completing move of the tailpiece, the left side of CM water hose needed to be rerouted over the new section of belt. EE had the end of the water hose in his hand & was climbing over the belt. When climbing belt his foot slipped allowing L forearm to strike the belt structure resulting in contusion.
